I’m a model who just got signed with a really good agency in Los Angeles. I have pretty much everything going for me, I’m 5′11” and 19 years old. However I’m 132lbs, I have a some love handles, and I need to trim my upper thighs, and butt. Also I want some rock hard abs.
Any suggestions?

ok for your abs do some sit ups and crunches….for better results add weight to your chest….i use 70 lbs but im a guy and ive been doin it for a few months now….
upper thighs and butt there is nothing better than squats..once agian better results with weight but be careful its dangerous to do alone (if using weight)…
for love handels side crunches should help….but doing a cardio workout is prolly your best bet..
but seriously….your 5ft 11in…..and only 132…as i see it your already in great shape

Well, the most important exercise to do is RUN. It’s the best and most simplist one out there. Run for 30-40 minutes at first, add more time as time goes on.
Try doing thing too-
Lye down on your back with your feet on the ground and your knees bent, tilt you knees to the side and put your finger tips behind your ears. Do as many as you can, rest for a couple minutes, then tilt you legs to the other side. Drink a lot of water and eat A Lot of fruits and veggies. With a heatlhy diet and those exercises, you’ll drop the lbs like that.
