    Well, when your doing sit ups or crunches…try instead of keeping legs straight put both legs down on to one side and continue to do the crunches….you can buy abdonimal crunch trainers which might make it a bit easier to do the crunches…

    stand on your knees, shoulder-width apart. take one of your hands, lean over to the side, and press it flat on the floor. if you need something easier, just try your finger tips.

    this totally worked for me!
