love handles workout

I am spending to much at the gym for what?? I go and its packed i have to wait at least an hour just for the treadmill. I was watching the infomerical and wondered if its worth buying. What parts of your body does it workout best? How soon did you notice improvment? Last question, does it workout out your love handles. (That’s my problem area)

    I would purchase a bike or a treadmill over the Gazelle.
    Get rid of the sofa and replace it with a treadmill. Watch TV and walk.
    Diet and exercise gets rid of love handles.
