I run 45min everyday. Every second day i have a 30min strength training workout. My love handles are just not budging, i’m eating right to. Does it take a long time for them to go?

running doesnt work those muscles
try side crunchies to target your obliques (side abs- aka love handles)
lay down, knees up, cross one leg over the other, hands behind your head, and bend sideways to the sidee opposite of the leg that is crossed….so you are kindof twisting
do like 30 a side every day, and those unwanted bulges should go down a bit

I hate to say it but one of the best ways is to do side crunches! Start with 10 on each sides! Keep adding on 5 crunches when you get youst to the 10! Good luck

Can you carry a conversation during those 45 minute runs? Switch up 3 of those running days with interval training. Warm up for about 5 minutes at an easy pace. Then go for a minute at a sprint pace (all out). Follow that with a minute light jog to catch your breath. Repeat x10. Cool down (walk) for 5 minutes.
What kind of weight training are you doing? 3 sets of 8 reps at a weight when you reach that 8th rep, you couldn’t possibly do one more rep? Are you hitting each muscle group? Chest, back, shoulders, bis, tris, quads, hams, calves, abs, lower back?
Make a food diary for a week and write down EVERYTHING you put in your mouth. And I mean everything. You might see that you’re eating more calories than you think you’re eating.
And don’t forget rest days. They’re just as important as well. Hard work will pay off and unfortunately it takes time. Good luck!
