ok i am not super fat but i have a little extra wieght around my mid and i have a lil bit of love handles i want to know wat an exercise is that i can get rid of them!? plz help i really wanna get rid of my excess fat before summer oh and on the inner thieghs around the inner leg that would be nice if i could have some workouts for that !! plz help people

I just had a baby 5 months ago, i use carmen electras strip tease dvd’s everyday, and i’m about 10 lbs away from what i was pre baby. she has great little excercises for toning up everything, and it’s fun and you learn super hot moves and there’s a hip hop routiene too. good luck.

I’m sure you’ve heard this before, but one really can’t spot reduce. The best thing you can do is to watch what you eat & do a fair amount of cardio & weight training. That being said, some specific exercises that target the obliques would be crunches where you target the sides instead of middle, and standing straight up with your legs shoulder width apart. Hold a weight plate out in front of you & twist from side to side, targeting the obliques.

The elliptical works pretty much everything it will kick your butt!!! and if you stand with you feet shoudler width apart and hold like 5-10 pound weights in you hands and rock from side to side slowly it will work..

In order to burn any fat you need to increase your aerobic activity. Walking after every meal for 20 minutes, running, swimming, jump rope, or dancing are all good easy to do that.
Unfortunately focusing any one exercise on a part of the body doesn’t burn off the fat in that area. It will firm the muscle underneath, however. So if you want to firm up flab in the inner thighs, try lying down on the floor on your side, and doing leg lifts for one minute each.
For your midsection (or obliques), lie flat on the floor, raise your knees to your chest, then roll them around to one side. Once you are in that position, do some sit-ups. Repeat this exercise on the other side. Just do enough until you feel a mild burn.

First off, you can’t spot reduce. Your body decides where it wants to gain / lose weight. Secondly, it’s not safe to lose weight quickly. You did’nt gain it quickly. And losing it won’t be as much fun as gaining it. They call it a “workout” for a reason. It’s work to lose weight !

To lose weight, first you have to understand what the word “diet means” Diet is everything and everything that you eat on a regular basis. Someone says “I am on a diet” I reply, “Fantastic! So is every other living thing on this planet!” What kind of diet are you on? Weight loss diet? Mass increase diet? Muscle building diet? Weight-Gain diet?
Look, your choice is this. Buy into crappy products, pointless pills and plans “quick fast & easy” magically delicious nonsense bullsh1t schemes…That do NOT work. Or, you can lose weight the ONLY healthy way… period. Now, lot’s of Americans think theres a quick and easy route to take, but there isn’t, at all… (unless you on on the crystal meth plan). Basically, these people do know how to lose weight the right way, they just do not want to work for it. This is called being lazy, which is why they are fat…. and I don’t feel sorry for them. Again these people do not have the willpower, strength and motivation to lose weight, and well they just…complain and wonder why all day long (ignorant…sad) while their health, appearance and confidence deteriorates. Basically, these peoples “ignorance level” has reached a point to where It is Eating itself and literally, It is. The only healthy way we can lose weight (As Humans), is a path many overweight people do not have the strength to follow,This path my friends is called…… Proper Diet and frequent, balanced Exercise. Ohhh no, I said it, the word most Americans hate, sorry…its true.
Okay, im not gonna waste time. Go here, Read the whole website, the WHOLE thing… No exceptions. Consider their suggestions, and make your own diet/exercise routine. If you do not want to do this well I am sorry, I can’t give any more suggestions because well… this is it, bottomline. Don’t end up like others, do this and achieve your goals. Is that dammed soda, snickers, pizza and crap worth the minutes spent chewing it, digesting it and sh1tting it. Or do the years you get, looking great and in shape loving what you see in the mirror, being more attractive and healthy (Not to mention, living longer) getting compliments all the time, how far you’ve come. Pick one of those ALONE, and that outweights the sh1tty food, but think… think hard now… You can have all of those, If you just get off your as* and do it (sorry, I said it, but i had to do it too) no offense it had to be said.
