I am in shape! I am in alot of athletics currently in basketball! I workout all the time and eat healthy! How do I get Rid of my love handles? WHat workouts can I do?

    Yeah I had similar problem, I followed the advice from the website below and it really did tone up the whole of the tummy

    Try swiss ball. It is very effective for abs area.

    When you do a crunch on the floor your upper abs muscles are working. When you do it on the Swiss ball, your core muscles; which consist of all the muscles in your abs area, muscles in your back, your pelvic area and hips are working to help keep you on the ball. You are working more muscles so you actually increased the value of your exercise.
