love handles workout

I’m going to prom in March and i would love to get rid of my love handles! They drive me nuts! If you know any ideas please let me know! I’m desperate! Thanks. P.s. i workout but so far no results in the back region : (

    You’d want to cut fat. To cut fat, do cardio, you know run around, jump, jog, skip rope, etc. But the more important thing is your diet. You should control your fat:protein ratio and make sure that the calories you take are lower than usual. Don’t starve yourself, just eat foods with less fat in them.

    how about the machine that works your arms midsection and legs? It’s kind of like the stair climber but has bars for your arms too. it really gets the midsection of your back.

    Lose fat. there is no exercise to get rid of them. When you lose fat all over the love handles will eventually go

    I have the same problem, though not a bad thing. If you go to the gym they have an oblique machine which helps strengthen them, to look more muscle toned. otherwise all that machine really does is turning your waist one way and then the other with some weight, while keeping the rest of your body still. Or just do sit-ups and work those curves you got girl! =)

    Well, if you just work out your abs and butt it won’t just melt away the fat there…

    I’d just recommend a normal routine, 40 minutes cycling, 20 minutes running at least 3 times a week, (with a normal/controlled diet)

    You can also do abs and butt exercises, and eventually they’ll melt the fat around them once you get them moderately muscled up.

    Sorry, there’s no miracle routine for this one.

    But after about 4 months of doing this routine, it worked out.

    The absolute best way to get rid of love handles is to work your obliques. And the best way to do that is to do sideways sit ups. You do this by laying down on the floor in the same position u would if u were doing crunches, then you turn you legs right and curl up ur abdomen bringing ur left elbow to your legs, do this 15x or more(don’t strain yourself so more or less according to what ur capable of doing) then repeat this same step except switch sides.

    A dance workout! There fun and you don’t feel your working out. But seriously the results are awesome! This is going to sound wierd but try the pole dancing one! So fun!

    Leg Flutters

    A lot of people don’t realize that in order to tone your middle and love handle area you also need to strengthen your back. This creates a balance in your torso and reduces the fat on your back.

    1. Lie on your stomach and lift your head up slightly

    2. You can keep your arms straight out at your sides or bend them with your elbows resting beside you.

    3. Lift your feet and knees off the floor and flutter your legs rapidly back and forth. Do this for 20 seconds. Take a 20 second break and then repeat again.

    Try doing cardio,
    get a exercising video and work out a minimum of 20 min a day.
    Don’t eat after 7,
    because if you do that’s how the love handles will strike again
