i know a good diet helps but i need to know what excercises to do every day and how many to widdle my middle. How long would it take if i do crunches or a stomach workout a day to loose belly fat?

    Targetted weight reduction is quite hard, some would declare impossible, but the only method that clearly showed results for me is green tea, it can be viewed in the resource box underneath, they have a limited number of free trials remaining, it has been featured in Fox News and CNN. I melted away thrity pounds, it clearly does work!

    All the medics and nutritionists say targeted weight loss is unlikely, specifically in the waist and belly zones, but I achieved it with acai berry. I understand they say that pills will not work, but they certainly worked for me, and they’ve been showcased on the Rachael Ray Show too.     i would say things like cardio activities will do more, ie running. if u overdue it on situps u may skip the fatburning process and start developing muscle underneath the fat (which will make it look worse). i would say 20 situps every morning and night, 10 regular, 10 elbow to opposite knee (do them slowly so ur stomach has to tense for a few seconds) and maybe a good jog 2-3 times a week.

    CYCLE!!!! its the best workout to get ur body in shape!! my friend used to cycle 3 times a week and after 2 months she had a flat tummy. i cycle almost everyday for an hour, it really helps. plus do like 100 situps a day.
