I really want to get rid of my love handles and I need some good exercises. I’ve got the healthy diet down, now I just need exercises. I’ve got my daily push-ups, crunches, and when the weather’s nice, my skateboarding. Could anyone give me some tips on getting rid of love handles? Thanks.

Try twisting in your crunches, or while standing, take a light weight and bend slightly to the side. Make sure you keep your posture straight so as not to hurt your back. Whlie doing any sit ups make sure to hold your abs in or I have heard that the muscles will “pop” out and make you look round instead of flat.

There are not a lot of them. The main exercixe is to stand hands at side and alternate reaching one hand at a time down your side to the knee without bending knees or waist. Side to side.
You can use light weights since you are not wanting to build muscle, but they give you a little momentum.
sitting on a bench keep your lower body still and twist your torso all the way left then right . Sort of like sitting alternate toe touches.
And you can standing alternate toe touches also
Any extra fat is going to go there if you are a love handle person.
