walking or running can burn the love handles right off trust me on this one…

Walking and running every day or as much as u can is the best way to start. After you do that, which is called cardio exercises,
Go home and start doing side crunches, which is the same as a crunch, except you lay on your side and do them. I’m not sure how big your love handles are, but this is the cheapest way and fastest way to get rid of them. While your at it you can do regular crunches which will give you a six pack n no time. Cardio is real important cause it burns the fat but crunches developes muscles and you will be looking fit in about two months if you do as many as u can stand until it burns so much you cant stand it. I’m skinny and I got up to about 5 sets of 100 side crunches on each side and the middle on the third day and was hot in no time. You can do this at home in front of the TV or watching kids, no gym membership needed. It will burn at start but keep at it and a few days the burning will stop and you will notice a difference soon. I noticed a difference in about 2 days.
