i wish i knew lol . leg crunches will help a little and running also less bready foods , deserty foods , candys, dairy like cheese will help you lose those hip and handles it helps me

try p90x its a great workout there’s 13 dvd’s its really intense you’ll see results very fast. i use it and so far i’ve loved the results. just try it
