		<description>and what's wrong with love handles?[just kidding] I have little weight problem also so when I get 10 or so pounds over i just walk and walk and walk, really fast. i also stop eating all that junk food that i love so much. i would rather go without that stuff than be fat.</description>

		<description>Love handles &#038; stomach flab are really only reduced by doing Cardio (running, jogging, etc).  The muscles underneath are increased by sit ups, among other abs exercises.  

But really, the only way to get rid of the stomach flab is by old fashioned running.....</description>

In order to lose weight you have to burn off more calories than you take in per day.  

Eat healthy meals, lots of fruits, veggies, everything in moderation, lean meats, etc. and drink tons of water.

Also, try to do some at-home strength training excercises:
-situps
-pushups
-lunges
-fire hydrants

If you dont like walking or running, you can also try jump roping which is also very healthy for your body...</description>
