I’ve been doing pushups and i have that “ab crunch” thing. with the pushups my chest seems to be getting hard but theres still a little fat on the ends that i cant get rid of. As for my “love handles” i dont know what to do about them. the ab crunch said it would work but i dont think it does anything. I just wanna look good, help me out.

you didnt say how old you are,
if you are going thru puberty than it will be fine when you will finish puberty
but if you are older and you drink alcohol than i thnk you should know that alcohol has influence on your liver and if your liver is weakened it can cause grown of your boobs, so for sure quit alcohol, and preferably any drugs,
oh if you take some drugs it could cause grown of boobs.
in short your diet can have influence on your liver.
and here you got advice how to get rid of the love thing;)

If you are building muscle this will acctually push out the “boobs” so they could appear bigger. It should go down eventually as more muscle mass means a higher metabolism so you burn more fat.
You need to lower your total fat percentage of body weight. Most of the very lean looking guys have a very low fat percentage. Some health clubs and doctors can do tests to determine yours.
