I do hard dance classes 4-5 days a week. I am pretty skinny, but i have a little layer of fat on my lower abs and love handles. I also do ab workout every other day. I do not want that extra layer. I eat pretty well too. Can somebody tell me why I can’t get rid or it and HOW to?
and also liposuction is NO OPTION!

It is normal to have a small layer of fat under the skin. This fat acts as insulation for your internal organs so that they can remain at a relatively even temperature all the time and to make them functions properly.

as a female, your body needs some fat layer to function well. thus our body will fight hard to keep that layer of fat.
I suggest since you are so active learn to love your curves, the curves are what distinguish us from men

Make sure your working really hard, like breaking a sweat and breathing hard. Feeling pretty tired and getting burning sensations in your abs and body is a sign your working hard, so make sure your getting that.
