walk for about 30 min a day. add hills if possible just to increase calorie burn.

bro i feel your pain. i inherited love handles also. im 6′1 and 193lbs, the only time i had no love handles is when i went down to 180lbs. you can exercise all you want, unless your eating right which means no junk at all,they wont go away. you will get them to go down but if its part of your frame theyll be there.
