so i have very little fat on me, but the fat that i DO have goes to my love handles, which is kinda annoying. so im looking for a WEIGHT related workout to cut me down to more of a V cut. so basically a workout that involves no running/jogging, im guessing that that’s probally not possible cause running burns fat, but i just much prefer weights over running. thanks!

mate there is no quick fix for love handles, you need to do cardio workout that’s the only thing that will give you the shape you are after. cardio cardio cardio, try cycling or aerobics, tai bo etc. without cardio, you are wasting your time. if you don’t do that you will get really fat we you become old, trust me on that one you will hate yourself then.

look, there is NO WAY to substitute cardio
the best way to get results for any training regimen there needs to be cardio involved

this guy gives the best advice (even better than the gym trainers who get paid to give advice)
on another note there is no such thing as spot treatment, meaning you have to do more than just work on getting rid of love handles, you need to get your heart rate up, even if its jumping rope
