A crunch, a sort of modified one where you sway from side to side alternating each time.

eliminating body fat. fistfuls of equal amounts protein and carbs 5 times a day plus weight traing 3 times a week and 3 30 minute cardio sessions each week.

lay on your stomach on an incline bench and holding a weight to your chest pull yourself into and upright position from a bend. This works your lower back which helps to pull on your obliques which are your love handle areas. Unfortunately nothing is fool proof for love handles because they are simply excess fat and you can build up all the muscle you want but it wont get rid of them. So diet and a cardio supplemented exercise routine should help…don’t listen to the lypo crap thats only for extreme cases that are detrimental to your health. good luck!

When I played football I wanted to get rid of my love handles. I would grab a 40 pound weight in one hand and lean to a side. (Ex: If i had the weight in my right hand i would lean to the right then bring yourself back to an upright position and repeat 10 times; then switch to the left hand and lean to the left.) Do 3 reps of ten each side. After that do some crunches, I would try to do atleast 50. Then do atleast 15 to 20 minutes of cardio a day. It sounds extreme, but it works I promise. I lost my love handles and 30 pounds. Just remember the more it burns the better you are doing. (Weight size and rep counts can be modified if needed)
