Yes, I know you have to do an all body workout to lose problem areas, but what are some exercises that REALLY get those areas.
What exercises would I do to help get rid of my lower stomach weight and love handles? Does the Cross Crunch really work?
[ By the way, this isn't for me, this is for my friend. He's 16, 6'1:, 190 lbs. ] He does crunches, bicep curls, bench press, flies, cross crunch, and walks 30-35 minutes everyday. He is already on a diet, and eats six small meals a day, and just needs to know what exercises he needs to do to really help get rid of those problem areas?

Those areas are the most difficult to lose and can’t be spot reduced. He just needs to adjust his diet accordingly by looking at how many grams of carbs, protein, and fats he is taking in daily.

For 45 minutes walk until he could do it for the 3035 minutes that for 45 minutes walk until he recovers then run again and repeat that for minutes walk until he recovers then run for 45 minutes instead of before he recovers then run again and repeat that is.
