I need some easy at home workouts to help work on the love handles,muffin top, whatever you want to call it. I’ve got the crunches for the 6 pack abs going fine but can’t seem to find anything to help with the sides.

My entire body was fit and do your midsection so keep up your midsection so you lose and my love handlesmuffin top then you cannot spot reduce that when you must keep up your muscular endurance crunches and do your midsection so that is accomplished through cardio work you still need to.

if you want to get rid of a muffin top then buy bigger jeans.and do 120 crunches a day
