I’ve been working out at home, but i’m not sure what to do exactly to actually see some results.
(yeah i was chubby when i was a kid and i kinda grew and lost the belly but not the love handles…)
Am a 5′6 21 y/o male and weight about 155?
(is that an ok weight for me?)
