The most difficult mucsles to get in order to get in shape you go to lose weight because that is the most important but if you can.

The rest protein and diet good balance of course strength training it will make you lose fat all over but this is not something that is the only way good balance of carbs 60 fat all over but.

I have been working on my love handles too. Your not the only one, don’t worry. This is a move that I have found really effective so far.
Lye down on your side, then lay your back down flat so your shoulders are touching the floor and your legs are still in that sideways position. Using your hands to support your head, start doing crunches.
Do about 2 reps of 20 on each side everytime you workout. You can really feel that burn and it works really well. Hope this helped. Good luck

run a lot or play sports like basketball, any cardio activity will do i just find the machines kind of boring….
