I am a 24 year old girl. I’m 5 foot 1. I weigh 113 pounds. I’ve been working out intensely for 2 months now. I lost 16 pounds so far. I do 1 hour cardio five days a week and eat under 1000 calories a day. I eat good carbs and do not drink any soda. But now I am to the point, where I want to lose another 10 pounds and also tone the belly/side belly area. What is the best way for that? I do crunches for the tummy but is there anything else for the “love handles”? My cardiio consists of running for 20 minutes straight (sometimes more) and then walking intensely for the rest (inclined at a high pace). Then I do 50 crunches and use dum bells to tone my arms. Any other better techniques? I would really like to tone and lose the additional 10 pounds. Thank you!
